About Us

How a mission to protect children became Noah's Place Early Learning Centers

Because Children Matter (BCM) exists to break barriers and build futures, making sure every child and family in our community has access to quality early childhood education and support services when they need them most.

Our Story

BCM started in 2014 Los Angeles with a simple but powerful belief: every child deserves a real chance at success, no matter where they come from. What began as a mission to help early childhood programs nationwide turned into something much more personal when Elizabeth realized that families needed direct access to quality care right in their own communities. That's when Noah's Place Early Learning Centers was born. We now operate two full-service centers plus eight courthouse locations throughout Los Angeles County, because we understand that families facing challenges shouldn't have to choose between handling life's difficulties and ensuring their children are safe and cared for.

We're not just another childcare. We're a place where children ages 6 weeks to 5 years receive quality early childhood education while their families get the support they need to build better futures. We specialize in serving low-income families because we know that a child's potential isn't determined by their family's bank account or their zip code.

Every day we're proving that when you give families access to quality childcare and early education, you're not just watching their kids, you're investing in an entire community's future.
