Our grant writing packages can include researching grant opportunities,  grant program design, development of the proposal narrative, development of budget including HR, writing and submitting a series of highly competitive grant proposals, reviewing grant proposals, providing insight on areas of improvement, including building upgrades, assistance with follow- up and grant reporting, building community, strategic goals, outcome measurements, data tracking, grant compliance and monitoring, grant reports, onsite visit preparation and recurring monthly monitoring.

Training and Professional Development

Our team will help our clients with creating a solid training and professional development system, including timelines and benchmarks.

 

  • All staff will be trained in program goals and the underlying philosophy of their program

  • Create a systematic approach to training and professional development designed to assist staff in acquiring and/or increasing their knowledge and skills

  • Assist in creating training and professional development that meets the minimum of 15 clock hours for teaching staff

  • Assist in developing tools for training child and family services on best practices for implementing family engagement strategies

  • Provide tools for supporting training for health and family services staff to build their knowledge, experience and competencies to improve child and family outcomes.

  • Incorporate research based, coordinated coaching strategies which include, program school readiness goals, curricula, and other approaches to professional development.

  • Develop and implement strategies on how to use assessment data to assist in training and reaching program goals.

Program Planning and Development

Fiscal Requirements

  • Fiscal policy and procedures, budget development, (operating, personnel, facility) cost allocations, administrative costs, direct and indirect costs, non-federal match, projections and review.

  • Provide training on how to monitor actual expenditures against budget projections.

  • How to involve a board of directors and stakeholders in the budget process
