Head Start and Early Head Start Start-Up

Parent Family and Community Engagement

Together with our team our clients will provide an integrated approach to involve parent and family engagement strategies.

Teach how to promote and support program services that support family well-being and promote children’s learning and development.

Develop innovative two-generation approaches that address prevalent needs of families across their program that may leverage community partnerships or other funding sources.

Train how to develop and recognize parents as the child’s primary teachers, nurturers

Develop and implement intentional strategies to engage parents in their child’s learning

How to develop and support parent-child relationships, including specific strategies for father engagement.

Create and develop process to engage families in the goal setting process, identify needs, interests and strengths which include economic stability, health, safety
Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment and Attendance

Research and develop a community-wide strategic planning and needs assessment that includes information such as strengths and resources of the community, eligible participants and demographic information.

Assist in developing a process for enrolling participants

Health and Oral Health Services

Our team will work with our clients to establish health policies and procedures that met the federal, state, and local laws including child care licensing.

Develop tracking systems to ensure all health and nutrition timelines are met

Assist in developing on going monitoring of health related items and follow up has been conducted

Train staff how to assist families in completing the recommended well -child and oral health care schedules.

Develop processes that identify health , nutrition, oral health, mental health needs

Train staff on how to assist families if further diagnostic testing, evaluation, treatment and follow up plans are needed.

Develop follow up plans that include referrals, services provided and monitor the implementation of follow up

Create budget line items to assist families in need to complete scheduled visits, diapers, formula, aides, medical equipment and oral health conditions.

Establish and train staff to healthy and safe environments, safety practices to ensure all children are kept safe at all times.

Develop and implement system of management, oversight, correction plans and continuous improvement of facilities, materials, background checks, safety training, safety and hygiene.
